A street dog in India was saved by the dedicated animal rescuers at Animal Aid Unlimited after he became trapped in a pool of hot tar. The tar had hardened around his fur, leaving him unable to move and only able to move his eyes.
Good Samaritans called the rescue group to come to the dog’s aid, and they spent three hours over two days massaging vegetable oil into the tar to slowly remove it. After the tar was removed, the dog made a remarkable recovery and was back on his feet, grateful to his rescuers.
Animal Aid Unlimited captured the dog’s incredible recovery on video, showcasing the remarkable work they do for street animals in India. The organization serves as a rescue center, hospital, and sanctuary for animals in need.
