The Rescue Team received a report of an injured dog lying on the side of the road all night in the rain.
The helpless dog endured the pain and lay motionless until morning, next to a large puddle formed after heavy rain.
Every time a car passed, dirty water splashed onto him, worsening his injury.
Sadly, he was ignored by the people around him.
